If you wanna look a rock star, line the inside of your eye with a thick black eyeliner. One that'll smudge out. I recomend M.A.C Smoulder Eye Kohl. Line the water line of your eye, and under your eyelashes, and get that in nice and thick. Then take your favorite hot pink, and line the outside of your eye with that pink in a thick heavy line. Then out some gold on the inside corners of your eyes, and your ready to go.
if you wanna look repectable, use a brown eyeliner as you normally would. Do your eye makeup as a normal, every day application, and then feather the outsides of your eye with a nice soft pastel pink. How to rock pink eyeshadow?
Pick something sexy and shimmery or metallic. Do not put it on your lower eyelids unless you want to look bloodshot or having an eye infection!
Go light in the inside of your eye lid %26amp; more darkend to the outside of the lid. Make an upward move when you go out.
Darker pink on your lower eyelid........................lighter color on the upper eyelid, up to your eyebrow............and a ';middle shade'; in between. Kind of make a ';V'; along your upper lashline to the crease of your eyelid.
Put the same shade of eyeshadow as you have in your ';V'; on your undereye line.............. use a good quality eye shadow brush or a Q tip if you need to....... follow up with 2 coats of mascara on your top coat and one coat of NON-WATERPROOF on your bottom coat.
Get a bright neon eyeshadow and put it on the bottom of your eyes along with the top of your eyes. thats looks hot, when its done right.
just rock it and be confident!
that may not be very technical, but confidence is sexy.
A line following your eye on the opper lid
It really depends on how you tri-tone it. Use pink towards the lower lid, then go lighter as you go towards the eyebrow. Towards the end of the eye, towards your ear.. apply a darker tone of pink. Under the eyebrow go for a mixture of pink with white. It's so much easier to show in person, LOL, I wish I could show you.

How To Apply Pastel Eye Shadow Shades
I have noticed an abundance of pale green, blue and pink eyeshadow on the store shelves this spring, and I just love these pretty pastel shades. Since I normally wear neutral shades, I would love to break out of my beauty rut by using some of these colors. However, I've never really wore pastel colors before and would like some tips on how to apply them from the group. Also, I would like to know what shades of blush and lipstick you would reccomend to use with these eyecolors. Thank you for all of your help! Chrissie :)
Try a little of your neutral shade (browns and tans) shadow and mix a little of the pastel in with it so that you have the best of both. Then experiment, using a little more of one than the other. You will gets tons of mileage from the shadows and can create your own signature color while you are at it. By the way, I have started using subtle colors of blush for eye shadow. The pinks and peaches give you a nice soft hint of color that still opens up the eye area. As for my blushes and lipsticks, I do the same with them (mix my own colors) and choose one area of your face and make that the focal point of your make-up...
Be careful what you wear with pink eyeshadow! If you have brown eyes, you should always wear a pink or purple...but if you wanna really rock pink eyeshadow, wear a pink and black top.It will make your eyes stand out but not stand out too much.Be sure to line your eyes with black or charcoal eyeliner.
I would go for a lighter shade and just put it on your your lowerd eye lid. Dont spread it all over. Make it look natural and flirty. Dont make it to 80's.
