Hot pink? Just go to tartget or the mall and ask the makeup shop assistance if they have any hot pink eyeliner

If u wanna look crazy but cool why not try this.....





Choose a color for example : Pink





Get a light pink and middle pink and a hot pink. Put the hot pink near ur eyelashes, then middle pink and then light pink. Make sure it fades out and looks smoky. It might take a while to get the perfect colour combobut it works.





Or try A white, blue and grey or lime it works!





or....... orange, red,yellow





or...... pink, purple,white





or...... black and white (very fashionable)

Hot pink?? OMG You don't!
try to wet your liner brush and dip it in the black shadow it gives more control ,also for the pink shadow just sweep it over whole lid and use a light shimmer or cream shadow right under eye brow and blend down in to pink look very nice and it is easy to do.
Only up to the crease of your eyelid, winging it out a little bit. You could also put a little bit under your eyes too. Just make sure it doesn't crumble in your eye.
Well what i do first is apply eyeshadow that is a light skin color where i want to put the color eyeshadow as a base.





When you are applying the color shadow you can make it heavy on the lid but as you tend to go towards the brow go lighter.





You just have to practice

And with the black don't over do it so that you look dead jsut hilight the eye in black but if you want to go full out in black I would use some white eyeshadow to blend the edges.
