How do you use them?
Are they used as a base or do you use it instead of the powdered or pigmented eyeshadow? I am now starting to learn how to use eyeshadow and have found that creams are not an option for me because I do not know when to stop rubbing it in.
The pencils are pretty but I am not sure how to use them. Any constructive answers would be so appreciated and I will say thank you in advance for your answers!NYX jumbo foundation eyeshadow pencil?
They would probably work better as a base. You may use it in place of an eyeshadow, if you'd like. Though, it would probably fade rather quickly. It would be best to apply it under your eyeshadows or pigments. It will keep them on longer and make the colors more vibrant. These jumbo pencils apply creamy. You only need a little bit though, just enough to see color on your eyelids. Then, you'll apply a similar shade of eyeshadow on over it. You'll need a special pencil sharpener to sharpen it, because it's rather thick and most likely wont fit into a regular sharpener. It's a cheap, good product to purchase.NYX jumbo foundation eyeshadow pencil?
It's NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencil. They aren't foundations. But anyways, i use them as a base for that color. So let's say I planned on using green eyeshadow, i'd take 'horse radish' (which is the green eyeshadow pencil) and spread it all over my lid or where ever the green eyeshadow's gonna go. Then i'd apply my shadow. If used as a base it makes that specific color 'POP' more. I personally wouldn't use it alone.
eye shadow is really not needed today. eye shadow will compliment your eyes and change eye shape depending on color used. i dont use at all. i use the eye liner. jewerly can provide that same color. i prefer liners that are soft pencil and not liquid.
i found artistry products at this site to kindexter.qbeautyzone.com to be what i was looking for. maybe you will find what you need here.
those things are heaven
use a primer, then the NYX eyepencils I suggest milk ( white) bc it can be used for all colors, it's meant to make the colors POP!
just like how MAC has the paint pot and such.
run it over ur finger, then dab it on ur eye, go on youtube andtype that in, it will show u how ppl use it.
Eyeshadow pencils are good to use as a base for your powder shadows. They help the shadows pop and last longer. I use the white NYX shadow pencil for my light colors and the black NYX shadow pencil for my darker shadows.
