What is a good and affordable liquid eyeliner, eye pencil, and black eyeshadow?

I know there aren't alot of good but cheap makeup products out there, but I was hoping for ideas. Willing to spend up to $10, if needed $15.


Just wanting really dark, and easy to put on.

Go to the nearest rite aid or longs.


I use maybeline liquid eyeliner and almay roll on pencil.


Then i get jesses girl black eyeshadow and do it fifties style
