Should I put eyeshadow BEFORE or AFTER eye pencil?

hello, I am confused. ShouldI put the eyeshadow BEFORE or AFTER putting eyepencil on my upper eyelid?

put eyeliner first, then eyeshadow.

Eye pencil first. Then Eyeshadow, because what if you mess up your eye pencil, when you had already done your Eyeshadow. That would mean starting over again.


Plus if you put eyepencil on top of eyeshadow, it doesn't show well and its harder to add on.

You should put your eyeliner pencil on first, especially when you are just starting out with one because what happens if you have your eyeshadow done nicely and you screw up with the pencil?
I do eyeshadow first..... outward to inward.... the last thing i do is mascara...

i do eyeshadow first, so the eyeliner doesn't smudge.


liquid eyeliner looks fantastic over eyeshadow
i think eyeshadow first especially if the eyeliner darker .. that way you wont accidentaly mix them to gether that way you dont get smuged colour
The eye liner then the eye shadow. And that is how it always goes. I hope that this helps you.

It's better to put eyepencil first.and if want to use mascara wear it after that eyeshadow.
