Is pink eyeshadow good on eyes or is it weird?

Two people have told me pink eyeshadow should not be worn one said it makes people ';look tired'; the other just said it was ';weird';Is pink eyeshadow good on eyes or is it weird?
it depends on the woman's eye color and skin color. I, for example, wear a translucent pink shimmer eye shadow, and it looks fantastic (I've got a milky Irish complexion, and blue eyes). My advice to you is to experiment with different shades of pink, and different opacities of those colors. If you don't end up finding something you like, or that looks good on you..it may just be that pink just isn't ';your color.'; This is okay. If this happens..just find another color that you might like...and repeat the process.Is pink eyeshadow good on eyes or is it weird?

omg ofcourse its not weird unless u put it all over like a nutcase but pink eyeshadow is cool cuz it gose with practicly anything like it can b soothing or funky goth or punk sweet or mean see so dont b afraid to wear pink eyeshadow cuz it rocks
It really just depends on your skin tone and how you wear it, and if you blend it with other colors. (such as if you use it as a base coat and wear other colors over the crease or in the corner of your eye.) as with any makeup you don't want to use a ton, just enough to hi-light your features, or make your eyes stand out. You don't want to use a bright or dark pink, but soft pinks don't necessarily make you look tired. It's really all in how you apply it. If you open any magazine for girls/women you will see in their makeup pages models wearing pink eyeshadow. (Not that you should apply it like they do, but just some ideas!) A good way to see what you really look like is to apply it and take a picture of yourself in good lighting. Looking at a picture you really see how it looks, which you don't see the same way in the mirror.

It depends on what type of pink you plan to use and how you do the rest of your face as well. Wearing pink can make your face look fresh and full but it can also just completely wash you out.





The thing to do would be to make sure that it compliments your skin tone and isn't too bright or too pale. I have listed a link with a bunch of different eyeshadow duos that I recommend, please note that not all are pink and the pink ones are paired with another color. Pairing pink with something else also works great too. The pink brings out the softness while the other color gives you a more dramatic effect.

yeah, it does make you look tired; if you find the right shade, it wont.
I wear it all the time. But not, like, pale pink. A noticeable, bright pink looks good in moderation.
I agree bright is the way to go with pink eye shadow, just dont over do it.
if u put it on lightly and its a soft color then it will look like u have a shimmer with light color
it depends. i have brown eyes and i have worn soft pink shadow and have gotten compliments, it really depends on what shade of pink you're talking about, if u mean bright pink then it probably doesn't look as good as i would a dark skinned person. it basically depends on your eye color and skin tone
it depends on the person wearing it. But usually it looks gr8 on people.

personally, i love pink eyeshadow. it looks really nice on most eyes . i dont understand how it makes people look tired?
it depends on the color and the outfit you wear it with. the best pink is a sheer pastel pink. it usually goes with everything, and it compliments any eye color!
