I have actually never seen a drugstore that sells fun colored eyeshadow. I know those ';punk'; stores like hot topic do (for cheaper than I think a drugstore would AND its good quality) and more expensive, non drugstore brands do.What drugstore brand sells hott pink eyeshadow?
