Golden, because you dont want to compete with the outfit or clash with the outfit, keep it neutral and light(:
I really like the natural type of look when it comes to makeup. If you're avatar depicts your true skin tone, my suggestions would be to use brown on your lids, peach above your eyes (around the creased area) and then use a light application of the golden color right underneath your brows as a highlighter. And be sure to blend them somewhat so you can't see lines where your colors start and stop. And then make sure you follow up with black mascara. I think your eyes will look really beautiful and that these will be great colors for you!
