Sephora has a bunch of good brands. But a really good priced one is the Sephora brand.
At any cosmetic counter..if you wanna try the stuff..go to Macy's or Jones..they will also teach you now to apply it correctly...
Go to Merle Norman. There's probably one in your local mall. They can help you find exactly what you're looking for.
